WAM offers experienced sub-metering technicians for any installation or service related contract work.  We provide a wide range of services to support your sub-metering technical needs.

Our sub-metering systems service is available at an hourly rate without a maintenance contract. (Parts not included).

Our technicians are well trained to service or install all major sub-metering system types. We have been servicing and installing metering systems for over 10 years. Qualified technicians are available for your convenience in Houston, Austin and Dallas. We also support all areas of Texas and the Southwest with advance notice.

We can also provide reads from both wireless AMR and manual read systems for your convenience. Upon request, we can audit the reads to determine service issues and perform the subsequent service applicable on a per property basis.

Our company offers you the flexibility to schedule projects outside of your usual territory.  Offering you the ability to capture markets you would not normally service.
